AFRICA…MY MOST FRUITFUL
We used to have the most cultured and respected generation filled with dignity and love for our culture and heritage
What happened to us that what our parents feared to do we now use it to “whatsapp”?
Copying blindly from the western world, we’ve lost our dignity and pride and I wonder how we will ever get it back?
Even our television stations and FM radios have stopped teaching and broadcasting our culture but they have inculcated the western culture into our children
The purely appalling sense of a so-called fashion has become a canker in our children and our parents do nothing but put their hands in their bosom and observe
Where? Where?? Where???
Where are we going from here my people? What do we see to become of our continent years to come?
What do we see our children mature to be in the near future if they go on like this?
What is our perception of our future if we stay in our comfort zone and ruin our culture?
The story continues….
As the days go by and the nights flash away
The journey of men still lives to tomorrow
A striving soul determines to achieve more
Even a comfortable soul seeks for more
The race of men is an unending track
It takes and gives like a seller to a buyer
Only to those who deserve, it gives out
But sometimes, most times, it gives to the undeserving
Like a child born with a silver spoon to an expensive family
He gets and wastes without lifting a finger
But the unfortunate seeker born into poverty
His life is an undesired struggle to survive
A day’s meal to him is a headache to cure
Whiles a luxury to obtain is a heartache to heal
1.Public speaking is an art that needs training, practice and determination to achieve mastery.
2. It is an act of doing something and therefore you need to coordinate your whole body into a team. Let your actions depict your words and vice versa.
3.No one just got up and became perfect at it but they practiced hard, tried harder and worked hardest to be good at it.
* You can do it with self belief and constant practice!!👍👍
